The G6:2 Initiative exists to help people in our local and church community during times of crisis or hardship by assisting in basic needs.

To receive aid, you will be expected to provide photo ID, submit further assessment paperwork, and possibly meet to discuss further details, in-person.

ABOUT YOUR REQUEST

Church leadership will contact you by email regarding this request within two weeks. If you require more urgent attention, or feel you may not qualify, additional community resources which are better equipped to handle assistance include:

• ShareNet Food Bank & Thrift Store

• Fishline Food Bank and Services

• Kitsap Community Resources

Policy: Bayside Church’s G6:2 Fund is provided from donations and Bayside cannot guarantee that funds will be available. The G6:2 Fund has been established to financially assist (in order of priority) church members, regular attenders, members of the community and ministries and christian agencies that serve people with the same needs as those which fit the criteria for assistance from the G6:2 Fund, but which provide services the church does not. An attendee is defined as someone who attends a gathering a minimum of two times a month for six consecutive months. Bayside Church NEVER hands out cash and any assistance provided will be done so physically by a pastor, in the form of a gift card or direct check payment to the creditor listed on the bill.
